I probably should have posted this yesterday so that everyone got it on St. Patrick’s Day, but, well, I didn’t plan it very well. So instead of wishing you a Happy St. Patrick’s Day, instead I will hope that you had a wonderful day full of luck and plenty of green! I really do hope it was a great day and maybe you even enjoyed an Irish stew, some corned beef and cabbage, or a green beer or two. Happy belated St. Patty’s Day everyone!
