Sunrises and sunsets at the beach are the best, but I think the next best thing is a sunrise or sunset over an open field. Add in some morning fog and you have a really beautiful scene. I couldn’t help but stop and take some photos when I ran across this area on my way to the office last week. I pass this field every day and it is a great place to watch the sunrise. I hadn’t expected to see much of a sunrise that morning due to the very heavy fog, but boy was I surprised. That’s one of the reasons I try to always have a camera with me. Nature is always full of surprises.
