A New Piece of Artwork Highlights Beautiful Hydrangea Flowers
Between my work schedule, my farm chores, writing this blog, and working on my photography (which, ironically started out as a way to get more reference material for drawing), I don’t get as much time as I would like to draw, but I try to get in at least a few short sessions a week. Some sessions are only 20-30 minutes, and others are longer, but that means it sometimes takes me awhile to finish a drawing; especially a complicated one like this. I had been working on this one for a few months now, and finally finished it up last night. This is the third drawing in my flower series. You can see the first two, a gardenia, and a rose, in earlier episodes of this blog. As always, I would love to hear your thoughts and feelings! Thanks for taking a look!
