Today is Father’s Day, which is an important family holiday. For most of us our Fathers are providers, instructors, guardians, and so much more, and they deserve to be acknowledged. My own Father is no longer with us, but I still choose to celebrate my memories of him and the good times we shared over the years. It’s also a time to remember all the ways that he influenced my life. For example, I credit him with my love of the outdoors and nature. He was always up for a trip off into the unknown! Many people celebrate with gifts for Dad and dinners or barbecues and other family activities. No matter how you decide to celebrate, I hope everyone has an amazing day. I wish all of you Dads out there, enjoy a day just to appreciate you!
