Last month, as I headed off to work one day, the sky started to turn these incredible shades of red and orange. One of the things that always amazes me about sunrises and sunsets is how quickly they change. It was just getting light when I left my house. By the time I reached the cow pastures, about six minutes away, this was the scene. I couldn’t help but to pull over and take some photos. By the time I made it to work, another four to five minutes later, there was just a slight pinkish color to some of the clouds, but all the rest of the color was gone. It seems like the sunsets last a little longer, but they are still changing minute by minute. I guess that’s part of what makes sunrises and sunsets such magical times.
