This is not an entirely unusual sight here in Central Florida. Many afternoons during the summer we have these thunderstorms caused by a combination of the heat and humidity. It’s not uncommon to be somewhere that the sun is shining and see this on the horizon. These storms are fast moving, and sometimes you can actually watch a wall of rain move up a road or across a field. Watching one of these storms roll in has its own kind of beauty and natural drama. And then they’re gone again and the sun is back out.
