My hibiscus plant has been blooming like crazy all summer and continues into the fall. Every time it produces a flower and I can catch it in its prime, I’m inclined to photograph it due to how darned pretty they are. But how many hibiscus photos can I use? I try to get different angles and perspectives, but still, to keep it interesting both for you and for me, I wanted to do something out of the ordinary with this one, taken just after a rain shower. I’ve already used hibiscus flowers to create a couple of abstracts, so this time I decided to play with the colors. I haven’t done one of these in a while, so I had a lot of fun creating it.
