The Alamo Vine is One of the Summer’s Most Beautiful Flowers
Alamo vine flowers are, in my opinion, one of the prettiest summer flowers that we get around here. I just love the beautiful pink and yellow centers. The problem is that they are members of the morning glory family, and like other morning glories, they tend to close up as the sun gets higher. My work schedule makes it difficult to do much photography in the morning, so most of my Alamo flower images are partially closed. Last week, though, I had a little morning time and got to photograph some while they were wide open. These two are a couple of my favorites that really show off that pretty center area. I hope you find these little summer flowers to be as attractive as I do.
