This is one of the reasons that I love it here so much! Which is not to say that there aren’t plenty of other places in this world that have beautiful scenery, colorful sunsets, and generally warm weather. Of course there are; many of them! But I do love my little piece of heaven here in north central Florida. I shot this photo last winter off the back porch of my house. It was a warm evening and I was sitting outside enjoying a cold beer and a good conversation with a friend of mine. When the sun started to set and those colors started showing themselves, I had to take some photos. The really cool thing is that afternoons/evenings like that aren’t all that uncommon. No wonder I love living here!
