Here’s Just a Slice of Beautiful Florida Fall Colors
Last week I headed out to a friend’s house for dinner and as can be typical of Florida this time of the year, we had small showers coming down in many separate places. In between the downpours things were generally bright and sunny. It’s not uncommon in these situations to get rainbows, partial rainbows, or at least colorful weather phenomena. I noticed this rainbow while checking my rear view mirror. It was just a small slice sandwiched between a downpouring cloud and the trees that lined the road, but the colors were particularly bright. Most of my friends and family know that if I’m running a little late it’s probably because I stopped to take pictures of something, and since this was very pretty, that’s just what I did. The colors only lasted about two minutes, so I’m glad I stopped when I did. Here’s a little closer shot, but I don’t think it looks a good as the original.
