Beautiful Glowing Drawings Can be Used to Illustrate Insects

Not long ago, I started doing some of these glowing line drawings from some of my photos. Earlier I posted a pine cone for Thanksgiving and a few days later a group of lantana flowers. I’ve been having fun doing some others as well. Although I was pleased with the way the pine cone and the flowers turned out, I also wanted to try my hand at some wildlife. Now, some people might debate whether or not insects are wildlife, but in my opinion they are. Tonight I wanted to show you all one of the insects I was working on last week. It’s based on an image I took over the summer of a wasp that was searching for nectar in a patch of grass and small flowers. What do you think?
