Actually, Florida is known for it’s beautiful sunrises and sunsets all year long, but it’s only a couple of times a year when my schedule works out for me to be able to see and photograph them. My work mornings are just a little hectic getting all the animals settled before I leave them. By the time the weekend rolls around I just don’t have it in me to be up before dawn for a sunrise. Sunsets are definitely more my style, but I do have to say that I really enjoy the sunrises when I see them. And I’m lucky enough to live in an area where I can get some nice country shots without buildings, cars, etc. to distract people. I know it hasn’t been too long since I posted a sunrise, but here’s another one anyhow! As you can tell, the sun wasn’t quite up yet, but I really liked the variety of colors in the sky. Typically once the sun is over the horizon, everything gets a yellow or orange hue, but at this point there is the red around where the sun is hiding, purple clouds on the horizon, oranges and yellows, and the light blue of the sky.
